Ingredients - Serves 3-4
Oil - 2 tbsps
Green Chilly - 4 nos
Curry Leaves - few
Onion - 1 big 200gmsSalt
Tomoto - 2 nos - 300 gms
Red Chilly powder - 2 tsp

Corriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Boiled Eggs - 4-6 nos

- Heat Oil in a skillet.
- Add the green chillies and curry leaves
- After a minute, add the chopped Onions and Salt. Adding salt now will help to saute the onions faster.
- Reduce the heat to medium and keep stirring between few minutes.
- Once the Onions are almost translucent, add in the Tomatoes.
- Close with a lid and let it cook. Keep stirring in an interval of 3-4 mins.
- Once it has reached the consistency you want, add in the Chilly powder, Corriander powder and Garam masala.
- Roast it for few mins.
- Once its done, add in the boiled eggs and mix in well with the Masala
This goes well with Chapathi/ Roti and rice.
